1. Agreement
By accessing the SmartBiz Digital website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.
2. Services
We provide AI automation, digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, content creation, advertising and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- All subscription-based services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Project-based work requires an advance payment as quoted in the proposal.
- Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate brand assets, logins and information needed to execute the work.
- Review deliverables and respond with feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Comply with platform policies (Meta, Google, WhatsApp Business etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. SmartBiz Digital retains the right to feature the work as case studies or portfolio samples unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds & Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription before the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) is non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartBiz Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding month.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
